One X user wrote, “That doesn’t look like Trump at all,” while another joked, “That’s his stunt double.”
This isn’t the first time such theories have trended. At June’s NATO summit, Trump appeared slightly shorter beside world leaders, leading skeptics to insist it wasn’t really him. Experts, however, note that posture, footwear, and camera angles easily explain the perceived differences. Official health records list Trump at 6’3” and 224 pounds.
In photos with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands (6’2”) and Turkey’s President Erdoğan (just over 6 feet), the men appear nearly the same height. Trump brushed off the chatter on Truth Social: “NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE.”
