just woke up and my bed was riddled with this. what is this?

i swear this was not here when i went to bed last night. even weirder is that they are laying where i was laying in bed.

they are all somewhat elongated like if you broke the lead in a pencil.

I think this might have happened before but i didn’t think much of it.
