At our anniversary dinner, I saw my husband slip something into my glass. Uneasy, I quietly swapped it with his sister’s. Minutes later, she collapsed. Panic erupted. I followed him outside and heard him whisper, “She wasn’t supposed to drink it… I swapped the glasses.” My fears were confirmed—he meant to poison me.

I stayed silent, gathered evidence, and played the loving wife. A week later, I set a trap. As he raised another glass, police burst in. He was arrested. But in jail, he claimed his sister was the true target.
