Ingredients:

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan.
