Gutfeld kept the pregnancy private but had been preparing for this new chapter, including purchasing a $10.5 million loft in Manhattan. The luxurious SoHo home features 3,560 square feet, high ceilings, and a child’s bedroom. Gutfeld and Moussa, who married in 2004 after a whirlwind romance, also own a lake house in South Salem for family getaways.
