600,000 Bottles Of Blood Pressure Medication Recalled Over Contamination!!

600,000 Bottles of Blood Pressure Medication Recalled

Over 600,000 bottles of Ramipril capsules (2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg) are being recalled due to contamination fears from an unregulated manufacturer. Made by Indian company Lupin Pharmaceuticals, the affected bottles have sell-by dates up to July 2026 and were sold in sizes of 90, 100, and 150 through 30 vendors.

While this Class 2 recall is not a severe health threat, patients should check their medication and contact their doctor for replacements. If you have a recalled bottle, dispose of it or return it to your doctor for an uncontaminated supply.
