Ingredients:

Chicken-Fried Steak:

  • 4 cube steaks

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Mashed Potatoes:

  • 4 russet potatoes, peeled & cubed

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup butter

  • Salt & pepper

Gravy:

  • ¼ cup flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:
